Its important that you have the right coach for you, here is some more information on my values and approach to Personal Training.
Strong & Flexy - When building strong bodies, we need to make sure we are stretching and giving our bodies the Flexibility and Mobility to get up off that sofa and run around when we are older!
You should enjoy your training: I aim to make my training plans as enjoyable as possible, so that your training doesn't feel like a chore - if you don't enjoy it whats the point!
Transparency - I believe in being transparent with my clients, we have in depth consultations and check ins (via zoom call if online) so that we can be aligned on expectations.
No 'quick results' - Any coach rushing you to achieve a body transformation, cutting out food groups or crazy restrictive low calorie meal plans are not qualified to do so! We do sustainable healthy transformations.
No 'one size fits all' approach- Everyone is different, different body proportions, starting points, different hormones levels, different lifestyles, goals, jobs etc so we cannot train everyone the same way! I will work with you to find out what works best for you.
Confidence - I have experienced first hand how fitness can change your life both physically and mentally - I aim for your fitness journey to guide you to become the best version of yourself - so you can excel in all areas of your life.
There is nothing you cannot do! - There are so many drills, regressions and ways that we can get you to your dream skill - If you are committed to your goal - we will ensure you get there!
Continuous learning - There’s always more to discover, no matter how experienced you are - which is why I regularly train with some of the best in the industry to keep growing and evolving in my field.
