Strong & Flexy - When building strong bodies, we need to make sure we are stretching and giving our bodies the Flexibility and Mobility to get up off that sofa and run around when we are older!
You should enjoy your training: I aim to make my training plans as enjoyable as possible, so that your training doesn't feel like a chore - if you don't enjoy it, what's the point!
Transparency - I believe in being transparent with my clients. We have in-depth consultations and check-ins (via Zoom call if online) so that we can be aligned on expectations.
No 'quick results' - Any coach rushing you to achieve a body transformation, cutting out food groups, or crazy restrictive low-calorie meal plans is not qualified to do so! We do sustainable, healthy transformations.
No 'one size fits all' approach- Everyone is different, different body proportions, starting points, different hormone levels, different lifestyles, goals, jobs, etc, so we cannot train everyone the same way! I work with my Islington clients to find out what works best for them.
Confidence - I have experienced firsthand how fitness can change your life both physically and mentally. I aim for your fitness journey to guide you to become the best version of yourself, so you can excel in all areas of your life.
There is nothing you cannot do! There are so many drills, regressions and ways that we can get you to your dream skill. If you are committed to your goal, we will ensure you get there!
